I need a dataset of hourly bicycle rental counts for a fictional mid-sized city covering January 2023 through December 2025. Each record should include timestamp, rental station ID, neighborhood, number of rentals, number of returns, and local weather conditions. I plan to use it to test demand-forecasting software. The data should be anonymized, consistently formatted, and include a data dictionary.
